How it works

Three steps to printed leaflets

  1. 1Choose your options

Size, paper, sides, folds or pages, quantity and speed. Each change reprices the order, with the working days shown beside the price.

  2. 2Upload or design

Upload a print-ready PDF, or design it online in your browser. Each file is checked for size, bleed and resolution before you pay. Artwork guidelines.

  3. 3We print and deliver

Your run goes on press in the UK once the file is in, then a courier brings it for £7.95 per order, or free when your goods total £100 or more.

Paper guide

Which paper weight?

gsm is the weight of one square metre of paper: the higher the number, the thicker the sheet. These are the weights on the standard Flyers page.

Choose your paper
  1. 130gsmLight and thin. Best for big letterbox drops and hand-outs in the street.
  2. 170gsmA sturdier flyer that does not flop. Good for counters and events.
  3. 250gsmFirm in the hand, close to a thin card. Price lists and menus.
  4. 350gsmSilk card with a postcard feel. Vouchers and invitations.
  5. 450gsmThick silk card, the heaviest flyer here. Made to be kept.

What is the difference between a flyer and a leaflet?

People use both words for the same thing. Here a flyer is a single flat sheet, printed on one or both sides, and a leaflet is usually folded (half, roll, Z, gate or cross fold) to make 4 to 16 pages. Booklets are stapled, glued or wiro bound.

Which size should I choose?

A5 (148 x 210 mm) is the most popular flyer size: big enough for a menu or an offer, small enough for a letterbox. A6 suits vouchers and hand-outs, DL (99 x 210 mm) fits a standard envelope and leaflet racks, and A4 or A3 work as posters and price lists.

What paper weight do I need?

130gsm or 170gsm is light and best for big door-to-door drops. 250gsm feels firm in the hand, and 350gsm or 450gsm silk card feels like a postcard. Uncoated, kraft, recycled and cotton stocks give a natural feel and are easy to write on.

Can I see the price before I order?

Yes. Every product page prices your exact choice of size, paper, sides, quantity and speed as you pick it, and shows the working days. The price you see is the price you pay, plus £7.95 delivery unless your goods total £100 or more.

Is my artwork checked?

Every upload is checked automatically for size, bleed and resolution, and files that would print badly are stopped before you pay. Add File check (£4.99) and a person looks at your file and holds the order until it is right. No file yet? Use the online designer or our design service.

How long does printing take?

Every leaflet page lists the working days next to each speed, so you see the date before paying. Saver costs least and the faster speeds add to the price. There is no next-day promise, so plan ahead for a launch date or an event.

How much is delivery?

One parcel charge of £7.95 covers the whole order to a UK mainland address, and it drops to nothing once the print in your basket comes to £100.

Can I get a price for a job that is not listed?

Yes. Use the quote form with the size, paper, folds or pages and the quantity, or call or WhatsApp 07737 902425, and a person will price it for you.
